Well, it has been a very long time since the last New Light update. I had abandoned the mod due to real life stuff ( school, health, etc. ). I have decided to revive the mod again because I really like modding and to also improve my coding skills.
As I have written in the project summary, this mod will try to make the gameplay of Half-Life more immersive and add effects without using a custom renderer.
The mod is still in a very early stage but you can view the source code at Github.
Don't expect this mod to be finished early since these things take a very long time to make. But if you are impatient, you can contact me in discord at tinus lorvalds#3035 and dm me for access to the testbuild repo for playtesting.

It look so much dark in the second picture thought, otherwise this project sound promising for HL1 I like that tau canon model style :)
