Happy Summer all! :D I hope that you are having a lovely 2012 so far and are enjoying your summer. As some of you may be aware Edfake (our music composer has been kicked from the civil war group for inactivity and for constantly informing me that he would do this and that by a certain amount of time and not end up doing it). Also in addition one of our modellers (our 2nd modeller) as Chompster is our main lead modeller and is the best one on moddbase in my own opinion.....TheSoldier has left the group who was also the original founder of this mod before It died and I took over it again making him the executive (2nd in charge). He has been responsible for sorting out all of your work, putting it together in our groups drop box ready for distribution; however he has been very inactive and most of the models he never got around to exporting them into the game so he has let me down and has left.
Because of this we have no one to convert the models at the MOMENT ready to be used in Gem editor so I have not been able to make any progress what so ever. Also a file is broken or corrupted in the folder so I cannot use it in-game until it is fixed. I do not want any of your work to be wasted so this mod for now is on hold "frozen". In time when I get the time I will find a new exporter to sort our folder out so our work can be sorted out as it is one big mess at the moment and if all fails I will pass on the leadership to someone worthy or give the work that you have made to the creator of that other Civil war mod. You lot will still get to have credit for what you have created etc. I have of course been through so much emotional problems and a lot of hard work this year.... luckily I managed to turn things around so I could pass my 2nd college course but as far as this mod is going it is currently on official "hold"..
I am sorry for the inconvenience my great team; however it is down to those who have let us down.
I certainly will continue modding and will come to you guys first if I have anything new to offer but for the moment this mod is officially on hold so if you haven't already for the time being your best to have another mod that you can work on at the same time.

well it's great to finally hear from you again, and it's sad to hear but if it has to be put on hold then so be it. i will always still be here ready to model something if needed. been busy with other MoW mods lately aside from men of the emperor i'v also been modeling for Shattered lands and now for Enduring freedom as well. but i still have time to model for this mod of course :)
regarding the whole exporting thing that really sucks as it is of course a very important position. but GeneralJ927 has released a video tutorial where he talks and explains how to export weapons to MoW. it's very effective, within just a week one of the team members for Men of the Emperor learned how to and exported all the weapons i had modeled and even figured out how to export soldier gear and such and GeneralJ927 has told me that within a week or 2 he will be releasing his video Tutorial on how to export vehicles! here is is youtube account Youtube.com
i'd learn how to myself but i don't have 3ds Max so that wouldnt get me anywhere.

Thank you for the info Chompster. Id learn how to do it but unfortunately I do not have 3ds Max also so we need someone from the community to step in to help us get this mod moving again. :)
