We (especially I) were a little busy with real life last week, so sorry for the lack of an update last week (if you want to know why check my .plan).
Anyway on to the news, lets start with our brand new handmodel done by TheFrog4u. Furthermore a very nice map model by Jerome, who joined the team as an all-round talent.
This map model will be featured in some upcoming (new) map shots of my desert map (which quite changed alot).

I also did a nice new fake-advertisment for the billboard also featured in my map. I hope nobody is offended by it, however you shouldn't be interested in vampire games anyway if you are.

Also the guys at game-overdrive.com interviewed azelito and me, the 3 pages long interview can be found here.
In other news six joined the team as mapper, and of course a new track from the Nosferatu Soundtrack by Parapraxis.

i was planning to add a dig-crane in my map aswell, cool to see i'm not the only one modeling these kind of props for in a mod!

what about the ends of the fingers? You mean the nails? May u canĀ“t see it clear on that render but everything is fine I think.. wait for the skin, may that will clear the situation *g*

Actually it's called ****** modeling.First of all, the topside of the fingers are too flat, they go straight but in reality the tip of a finger is slightly tilted upwards when the fingers are totally extended.Also what you call "fingernails" are flat as well, they bulge upward.The bottom part of the finger on the tip is squarish and ugly.Just fix them, it shouldn't be too hard.

I see what you mean however i wouldnt call it ****** but rather inaccurate modelling. I admit that the nails arent 100% accurate and you are right that they should bulge slightly upward.

ok, lets check this pic: Mitglied.lycos.de ..here u can see that neither the finger nor the nails are just flat.. i agree that there coulb be a bit more detail esspecialy on the fingers, but i was limeted via the polycount and u will not see it with skin ingame, i promise.. look at handmodels of other games..

Anyways, I was comparing quality of work, which spans genre, medium, and subject matter. The implication was that yours is lacking.
