DanM has finished work on what is arguably the best looking Duke Nukem 3D mod to come out in a long time with influences from Duke Nukem Forever together with his own great mapping skills. As it has been said by a lot of the Duke community and others.

Now with that being said you will need a rather decent PC to play this smoothly as intended. Something that can run Crysis on high settings with no hitching is a good start. A video card with Shader Model 3.0 support is the minimum (Intel chipsets are not supported)
If your computer cannot run Polymer (i.e., EDuke32 with dynamic lighting), you cannot run this mod. You have been warned. I highly recommend upgrading as this mod is definitely worth it to play it.

Notes:
You need to own a full version of Duke Nukem Atomic Edtion (1.4/1.5) to play this mod, it will not work on 1.3

I loved the old school duke nukem. Glad to see it back in its tasteful Glory.... On a side note... anyone every play 8 bit Duke Nukem on PC. It was a side scroller.. or am I just showing my age here?
