Tonight, only on GameTrailers TV with Geoff Keighley (airing on Spike TV) you can check out our brand spanking new teaser trailer for our upcoming Steam release. I'll post the trailer here as well after the exclusive period expires.
More information to come over the next few days. In the meantime, to celebrate the occasion, here is a really cool screenshot we did:
Thanks to everyone here on ModDB! This is where it all started!
The Dino D-Day Team
HOLY CRAP! I thought this was dead! But a Steam release? That's awesome! This is still single-player though right?
The initial release on Steam will be multiplayer but we'll be resuming development of the singleplayer/co-op mode very soon. Story's written, maps are roughly blocked out, just need to get back to work on it and make it good.
That's good to hear, I'm not much of a multi-player fan.
Wow, holy ****! Awesome. =D
Great news!
Long live Geoff Keighley!
OMG YEAH **** YEAH i thought it was dead but its alive! im tracking again!
I suck at keeping you guys updated, sorry. Dino D-Day has been in continuous development for 2.5 years now...I swear I'll do more updates this time. I promise!
Retracking! Thought this one bit the dust but I'm glad it didn't!
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh its back!!!!!!!!!!!!
i likey likey!!1
Will it be free like Alien Swarm & Insurgency or is Dino D-Day now a stand alone Source game?
it is now a standalone Source game.
Glad to hear there is a new release soon, this mod is really well done.
Just to clear things up, this has turned into a full game that you have to pay for right? Since I doubt that GT would feature a mod.
Yes, you will have to pay for Dino D-Day when it is released on Steam. But it will be reasonably priced!
:O spike tv! thats the network for men.
Good to see this is still alive. Ai riked eet. The original modification, that is. Looking forward to the official thingymajig.
will it be threw steamworks and how is mod getting on the show
WOW, this is going on tv........ima watching it.
This'll be my first HL2 mod that I've installed in a while (unless you guys overprice it)
The teaser was disappointing. There was only one map, the animations looked choppy, poor editing, and very little action. You released this much too soon.
