New Combat Update 2.0 has Arrived! With new, unique features. Forget what you learned. It's time to introduce new game mechanics that will completly change the Combat Field. Cut-Version (for moddb only) Video. I will upload as soon as possible a full HD Quality 25 minutes Video, with detailed explaining, almost zero-cut, link will be placed here as an Article Update.


  • Key Changes/Updates - Chronological Order

    Engine Tech Changes:
    - The Bad Batch Style Mission Loading with unique font and sound intro (Campaign, Story arc's, DLC)
    - Map Loading images has been removed
    - Removed Descriptions (Story goes itself)
    - Increased Load/Save memory pool to 300 Slots (UI Menu)
    - Removed /map, devmap, mapbsp and all related commands to avoid Lazyness of players, who can jump easly and avoid all my hard effort by typing map name and jump to Season 7 for example.
    - Removed all cheat codes (People must realize it's a new game based on JKA Engine, please stop comparing to other projects)
    -Console commands can be open only in "Developer Mode" that means it's available only for Me and Testers.

    Windows 10/11 Compatible and Crash Fixes

    - Enabled floor reflections, portals (Credits goes to Lwkill for helping me to fix portal problems)
    - Nvidia Geforce Experience Graphics Optimization (Game no longer crashes when app is On)
    - Reduced Effects Rendering framerate to keep game optimized

    Windows 7 Multi-Core Support
    -
    Multi-Core Support, threads has been enabled to the number of threads your CPU can handle
    [ -threads (number of threads) command ], that feature is not available for Windows 10/11 Users, will do my best to provide it in Version 1.0. It is better to play on older systems? No. The Windows 10/11 AI helps to increase best game performance.

    Gameplay - Chronological Order

    - Updated Captain Tukk model and rigging
    - The Clone Wars Signature Run/Rush Animation
    - Updated Citadel Arena Training Map
    - Customizable Presets (Target Practice, Battledroids, SBD, Spider Droids, Droidekas, Turrets etc)
    - Destruction Mode (You Can Disable the Map protection and make it Destroyable - Precursor for new gamemode that will replace free-mode)
    - 20 New unique sounds for DC-15 type Rifles
    - 15 New unique sounds for DC-17 Pistol/s
    - 5 New unique sounds for 773-Firepuncher (model is outdated)
    - Grenade Super-Throw+Precise throw - Inventory switch for grenades is no longer needed - That feature learns how much grenades you have and you can use them with any weapon you have by Key Combination
    - Sensitive Zoom - Zooming depends on key factors like : Angle, wind, direction, speed of zoom, walking/standing/crouching - the faster you zoom, the less accuarte scope point will be and all shots will be inaccuarte
    - Mortar Launcher with Indicator. New Weapon and new possibilities, by indicator you can learn the trajectory of missile, speed, direction and distance
    - Sideway shot damage bonus - to find balance for that feature i decided to give extra damage when that type of shots is used. Now the rush/retreat tactic has more sense.
    - Movement factor - Your weapon placements depends on what stance you are - run/walk/crouch
    - Decreased Shot Accuarcy while running
    - Camera shake+ weapon impact when shooting - With the new sounds and engine changes it can give you more immersion when it comes to weapon usage
    - Shot behind cover - New feature that can give you a huge advantage in battles, you can learn how to use now an enviroment to have more control during battle/mission
    - RPS-6 Incendiary Launcher - New weapon with missile trajectory and gravity. After the explosion, the fire does not disappear for some time and deals massive damage to the enemy, A huge disadvantage is the drop in FPS, especially for windows 10. Will do my best to optimize it.

-Reflective Shield - A replacement to default Armor effects

- Third Person Damage Indicator

definitely really excited for this. very few JKA mods have attempted to add new mechanics like this
