Cold Ice Remastered Beta 4 continues development. This month, we display extraordinary odds and ends of the game development. In the meantime, pick up Beta 3 from our download section.
First, a special shout-out to the community for over 1,000 downloads of beta 3, thank you! A new GoldSrc mod rarely comes to the scene. Even more obscure is to achieve 1,000 downloads in some months. Incredibly cool, thank you all!
Next, we have some mutators we added since our last update. New mutators include both fast, slow, and bullet mutators. We significantly like these, adding craziness or frustration in Cold Ice Remastered gameplay.
Then, we added even more John Woo-styled movement. In Beta 4, you can double jump and then front flip on the third jump. Yes, this adds never more combat action for all the weapons we provide.
Finally, we added updated arcade cabinets with unique skins, including our vintage GoldSrc menu screen developed by the original team in 1999. Skins include all games. Additionally, we added advanced AI to the decoy bombs that everyone loves. As they deploy, they will attack your enemies.
