Demo version of the CoD4 MW: Return to Alpha mod, finally came out for public. Now, you can try this modification yourself.
I want to say that, without your support, this modification would not have come to light because to create such a modification requires a huge amount of time to study the game files of the game, also, do not forget that this modification does not aim to be accurate based on any early version of the game, the main purpose of the modification is to restore the cut content from the game.
