- Hello guys.
- I'm having plans on making a spin-off variant of CoD:CO called "Call of Duty: Combined Warfare", which you can also call "Call of Duty: Combined Operations 1.5".
- "Isn't this like CO?" you might ask? Well, kinda yes, kinda not.
- Let me explain.
- CoD:CW will include different things than CoD:CO. It will be based off of the 1.0-1.3 releases and will be released soon enough.
- CoD:CW will include the following:
- New weapons (As expected.) from all CoD games MW2 all the way to Ghosts.
- (Note: All weapons will have their own attachment options. This means that for example, the BO2 M8A1 will have the BO2 attachments, while the MW2 Vector will have the MW2 attachments.)
- PeZBOT support
- MW2 teams, voiceovers, character models and viewhands
- Teams will be the following:
- USMC = US Army Rangers
- Spetsnaz = Spetsnaz
- OpFor = Militia
- SAS = Task Force 141
- And possibly more.
- Now i haven't started doing the mod yet but i will soon in the future. When i finish it, i'll release it as a new mod. More information will come at a later date.

It sounds a little nice, but isn't it unnecessary? I mean maybe instead of these make a variant that focuses on other games only, like, on CO's later versions you focused on MW3, on CoD4 Online you focused on MW2, so why not make this new variant focused on the other three games together or one of them only?
CoD4:OL is focused on CoD:OL, not MW2 directly. CO is focused on MW3 and Ghosts. CW will be focused on MW2, BO1, BO2 and Ghosts.
Is good idea but is much work for u, you can do it?
I got this and 2 other mods in the making that i'm mostly going to do by myself. I've done most of the work on CoD4:OL so far, so why couldn't i?
Do you plan on making this before or after you complete CoD:CO and CoD:OL?
Most likely before. It's gonna be sort of an CO 1.5, more or less.
when can we expect CO 1.5??
CW is being developed at a medium speed. I'd guess the mod will be ready in the next 2 weeks or so.
Looks good:D I'd go with releasing it as a patch instead of another variation, since (from what I can tell) it's mostly improvements to 1.3.
Well, it's not exactly a patch either since there'll not be the BO2 factions nor almost any of the weapons from 1.0-1.3 in it. So yeah.
Sounds awesome as usual but since it's RATHER similar to CO, maybe adding/removing a few things to make it more special and unique would be a good idea. Making it slightly more of a sniper friendly mod since SW has ceased development... or remove some killstreaks to make it more skillbased, I honestly don't know and it's all up to you anyway. Look forward to it!

-how bout a USR and a L115 from ghosts? :D
-am i still going to be able to have the m40a3?

-is there a way to have thebarret .50 cal scope on the intervention? (im talking about the mw3 barret)
