The Restraining Bolt is a cylinder device attached to a droid to override its motor functions and enslave the robot to the will of its master. A restraining bolt monitors the droid's activity, ensuring it from wandering away. A restraining bolt can also be keyed to a caller, a handheld control unit used to instantly summon or paralyze the droid.
Everything you find below you can find on the planet Tatooine, mainly the Mos Eisley Cantina. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, the Mos Eisley Cantina is just across the dusty street from the Dowager Queen wreckage. It was one of the first structures built in Mos Eisley, originally intended as a shelter and armory to protect against Tusken Raider attacks. When the attacks never materialized, the blockhouse was converted into a bar, and the cantina has changed hands many times.
