The Zombie Panic team would like to thank everyone for being patient with us allowing us the time to patch up our mod. There were a few bugs and exploits that made themself known after release and so we spent the next two weeks fixing these up as well as balancing the game out more. For more information check our changelog.txt (included in installer as well).
We're now finishing up the linux binaries and working on our content patch. We'll also be keeping an eye on any future bugs/exploits that might crop up.
Thank you,
ZP Development Team
yay gj guys
sweet such good work and so quickly too, kudos guys very good!
Game-play still seems slow, maps are too big, zombies feel like tissue paper, models still face the wrong way, etc.
Gameplay doesn't look slow to me at all. It's a horror game, you can go Rambo if you want but it sucks. XD
Since it's a zombie survival game, it's normal that it consists mostly of teams of survivors hiding behind a barricade in some room, trying desperately to kill the remaining zombies or survive for long enough. It's true that the models face the wrong way, BUT the maps aren't too big at all. If they were small survivors would be at a disadvantage. There's lots of places to hide and pick stuff up. Why do zombies feel like tissue paper?
Boo, why does this have to come now when I've been banned from Steam for no reason :(
It's really funny :)
YAY! now its fair!
D/l the mod and installed but how do you run it??
I love this, finally a worth playing zombie mod! Balance is a bit lacking on some maps but with some tweaking here and there it'll be just right!
Got some leakage here on the 90 degree models, they are fixed! It got fixed the day we released the patch :p More coming soon.....
