Zombageddon will be a game that utilizes the Crytek 2 Engine. The purpose of the game is co-operation and survival in a hostile, zombie-ridden environment. Reasons for the zombies will be unknown at first but as players complete certain tasks (as well as real time patches) reasons for why zombies have appeared will start being revealed. A main idea and goal for the game will be co-operation for survival, as stated before, but co-operation may work for or against you. The zombies will, at first, seem like the big threat but players will be given the option to play alone or to form a 'group' to either stay in a place and build up resources and defend their shelter from zombies and other players; or go out on the offensive to take resources and others' shelters. This brings in an interesting idea of PvP and PvE. Resources will consist of the common ammo and weapons found in the area as well as food.
