Epic Legions was originally started as a little mod for Dawn of War by Spliff. Over the years, times have changed & Spliff decided to give this mod up for adoption. Being a fan of Epic Legions, i decided to take the reigns of this exciting mod with potential & expand upon it. This mod will be adapted & the graphics brought up to-date for the DOW: Soulstorm game. Epic battles of massive scales shall ensue as it was destined to be! From the dying words of an Eldar warrior..."Let there be, War!"
Warhammer 40,000: Epic Legions is the game of massed battles, where titanic armies clash over
huge battlefields. Hundreds of tanks & colossal Titans duel across ruined cities, while entire
regiments lay siege to immense fortresses. This is where warriors die in their thousands & heroes
make their mark on the galaxy.

Proposed hideous Thetan race.
These Thetans are the allies to the Tau but enemies to the Vespids! The Tau uses one or the other races for front line troops but not both races at once. The Thetans & Vespids are enemies & are still fighting for dominance of their solar system. Its like the red ants vs the black ants! The Tau are neutral but know how to govern these species. heh heh
I may or may not use them for Epic Legions. I am leaning towards of inserting them into my next top secret project "Warhammer 40,000: Forbidden Planet" and Total War: WARHAMMER 40,000 Epic Legions.

Say, is that the model one can buy for $157.00 in Canada? The Thetans back ground is still wide open & or open season...I wouldn't worry about it. If it attracts thousands to millions more fans, so be it! Don't think GW or FW are going to complain what it will do for their revenues! We are not being paid for this as we do it for the love. I seen other mods try to mix & match a bit like Star Trek & Star Wars, Mech Warriors & Dawn of War ect. & nobody complained.
In science fiction, fantasy, & art, anything goes! In modding, there are no barriers & limits to what artists can do (for free too)! I could pump out 100 various Warhammer style Titans for Epic Legions & who would be the first to cast the stone?
In keeping with the lore best as possible, WH40k fans will have an optional choice if they want to insert the extra new files or not. Although will use new materials for the next slated project, "WARHAMMER 40,000: FORBIDDEN PLANET" New units, new story line & hopefully kajillion new fans! Again i still believe its high time that GW & FW spice things up & create several additional newer races to enhance the product further - time has come! I may be an old dude but i am doing this for you as a Warhammer fan Thudos & for all the other fans so that you all may reap the rewards of future gaming for many, many, years to come!
Heck, i am a big fan of Ultimate Apocalypse mod too & gave them many donations to continue to do what they do best, make a killer mod for us fans!
making a real new race shall be very great. thetan race is great but why not a real warhammer race? i am dying too get the super great SQUATS the space dwarfs in the game they should be in soulstorm. who makes them shall be honoured and respected for eternity!!
Its already being considered along with many more new Warhammer races & tons more Titans!!!
