Hmm, Frostmourne is too small imo. Because, as I remember, from WC universe - Frostmourne is a two handed weapon.
frostmourne doesnt have to be twohanded cause strong guys like arthas can carry it with one hand
but it should still be at least 3 thirds of his size as it IS a TWO HANDED sword

The age is hardcoded, I believe the maximum age to be around 150, properly modded.

I dont know is it possible to animate but in last case I will texture his eyes so it looks like they glow in blue color

How is the whole Arthas becoming Lich King gonna work? I heard that if he goes to northrend he hunts malganis and theres a possibility that he can return to lordaeron w/ frostmourne and elite troops but not evil. as a person who finds the scourge my favorite "race" i want to know how this works out for the scourge player.

well about that with lich king dying of age in Wc3 or at least in the frozen throne he is kinda already dead he is just a armored spirit stuck on the frozen throne a really powerful spirit by the way
