At Gear-Studios we are a friendly development team. Everyone here gets along nicely and we work together to get things done. This is more Gear development team 2.0. As said at the beginning we've been firing. Some people just got too lazy indeed. We're looking for someone who is going to be enthusiastic about their work and really want to excel in there work.
