War of Powers is a RA3 mod with a fictional background depicting the outbreak of the Cold War. WoP involves a great number of real-world units and tactics, while the mod itself also concentrates on overall balancing. The mod would definitely bring players with unique gaming experience different from what they can receive from the original RA3. The background setting is still an alternate history but much closer to the Generals Universe rather than the Red Alert Universe.
Description
The 0.965 English test version provides a new Japanese faction with Ground Units, upgrade systems, and powerful American Strategic Aircrafts like B-1, B-2, and YF-12. Warning！This version may not work well in Chinese or other language versions of the Red Alert 3. In addition, some Units still have missing descriptions due to their unclear Unit settings. PLZ waits for further upgrades.

game seems to crashing when attempting to pay it at the menu.
and crashes when playing a few minutes skirmish. which is odd.
If you want some diverse voice overs try using Wargame unit voices and Cuban Missile Crisis Aftermath unit voices. They are way realistic
I prefer World in Conflict.
How to install?
find the “Red Alert 3” folder in your “documents”folder, then find the “mods” folder, if not just create one. Release all mod files into that “mods” folder then good luck have fun.

crash when build big airfield
You need that 4GB patch
is this available for Red alert 3 Uprising? if so does it work well with steam?
if you have the steam version for Red Alert3 and you just need to add“ -ui”for “Properties——Launch Options”
the big airport has crashed on me... where I have the 4dg patch yet it still manage to crash. did I do something wrong?
just upgrade your Normal Allied Airbase，it unlocks the big planes as well.
Some unit not have a Unit informations, is it a not Update Yet??

sometimes just don't look at it when it's deploying (move the screen to other places) IF you just want the aircraft, you can upgrade the small airbase to unlock the E-3、C-17 and B-52.

Hey, When launching the mod it sends me to its loading screen and then almost immediately kicks me back to the launch menu. I tried playing epic war mod and that one does work but i cannot play this mod since it just sends me back, any fixes?
many of japan's units and buildings dont have the correct icons. also when you upgrade a building all units come back to normal ra3 units.
