VRTP (acronym for Vice City ReTexture Project) is a project that intends to re-texturize entirely the game with high-resolution textures.
Inspired by projects like SRT3, RoSA and HRT 1.4, the project was created and released on October 6 2017, i have to say that those first versions were not the best but it was what i've learned at that time and with some time i tried to improve and do updates to the project, along with the contribution of several people, i'm able to produce one of maybe the best texture projects for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City that we've had.
Well praised by modders with heavyweight names like Junior_Djjr, Ash_735 (Creator of VCS PC Edition) and Flame (Creator of HRT 1.4), this project evolves every day, if i learn something good that will make the project better, surely i will use in it, if it has a texture that is not in the quality standards, surely it will be changed to a better one.
3 years of dedication for being more and more learning and improving what was considered a "simple project" (for me).

In case you're having crashes after installing VRTP (and probably are because i was having too), i found a possible solution to end (or at least reduce) those crashes, use this patch in your Grand Theft Auto: Vice City .exe.

You should compress in a .IMG file, i tested right here and it gave a huge performance boost. The player should put the .dir in the folder though.
