Custom Decisions Thread - Victoria II: Kaiserreich mod for Victoria II: A House Divided

This is a list of decisions that I have come up with personally and have modded into my version of Kaiserreich on my computer. If anyone would like me to link them the code I used, I'd be more than happy as it's just a simple copy and paste job. There are also some here that I have not yet coded due to laziness.

RUSSIA:
'Moscow Lights' - Allows the Russian Whites to relocate their capital to Moscow if they somehow win the Civil War.
'Slavic Brotherhood' - Makes Polish an accepted culture in Russia/USSR in exchange for 5 infamy and 0.5 militancy in all Russian Pops.
'The Turkic Hordes' - Adds the various Siberian and Turkic cultures such as Sibir as accepted cultures in Russia/USSR. No malus' as of yet.

BRITAIN:
'An Indian Dominion?' - The Raj is inherited by a HM's Govt. India. Stays as a British puppet. Must be after 1940. -5 infamy.

AUSTRIA-HUNGARY:
'Form the United States of Greater Austria' - Country changes to Greater Austria. Adds Hungarian, Slovenian, Bosniak, Serb, Croatian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Czech, Slovakian and Polish as accepted cultures. Inherit Hungary and Slavic Dominion. Both must be in SoI, Austria-Hungary must be a great power. Must be after 1930.

JAPAN:
'Accept the Koreans' - Adds Korean as an accepted culture. Ruling party must be either Liberal or Socialist. -5 infamy, +1 militancy in Japanese pops, -1 militancy in Korean pops.
