Balance Hotfix 1.1 file - Victoria 2 Ultimate : Submod : World War 1 for Victoria II: A House Divided
After playing a lot of Victoria 2 Ultimate, we decided that we are missing a scenario : World War 1. So we started developping this Submod for Victoria 2 Ultimate. We will be adding new Events, decisions, and even some new flags. This scenario will more look like the World War 2 scenario, than the other scenarios. It will be on you, will you side up with the Central Powers, or with the Entente ? Will you replay history, or rewrite it ?
Description
A small hotfix, fixing basically the balance. It still isn't perfect, but I think better than in the original version.

The mod is basically finished. We are working on new projects. The problem is that it is really hard to balance this mod, so we won't make changes anymore, to avoid messing everything up.
