Description
A judicial review system has been implemented in CWE 1.12D. This system can increase or decrease political reforms based on whether the judiciary is activist and in accordance with international customary laws.
CWE will be ported over to Victoria 3 once it is released so CWE 1.13 shall be the final version of this mod.
