How to add new weapons

First, you need a VC weapon DFF and TXD (SA ones may work too). Then, you need to extract the icon for the weapon as a .PNG. Name the .png to icon.png. Then, create data for the weapon. You can get the base data of the weapon style from mvl/help/samplewepxmls. Select the weapon xml you want to use, copy it over to your model and texture. Then, edit it's data to how you see fit. When you're finished, package the add-on up as a .7z place it in the weapons folder inside of the MVL folder.

To spawn it in-game, create a new XYZ spawn entry in the pickups.xml located in the weapons folder.

How to add new vehicles

To start it off, you need a VC vehicle DFF, TXD, and COL (SA DFFs work most of the time. The COL is inside of the SA DFF). Then, you get the vehicle data you want to use as the base from mvl/help/samplexmls. Modify the XML to your heart's content and package the files up as a .7z, then add the newly created add-on to the vehicles in the MVL folder.
