So much has happened in the realm of my Quake mod Vengeance, and it's been so long since I've updated!
I've switched code bases (hence the 'revision 2'), and am now working from QMB v1.18. This makes Vengeance bigger and better, with features attempted in the old Vengeance but never succeeding. And, the first version of Vengeance r2 (v2.0.0) has just been released! Some of the new features in r2 over the old Vengeance include (some by me, some already included in QMB):
- MD3 model support
- JPG and PNG texture support
- 32-bit wad texture replacement loading
- Alternate Hudstyles option
- Idle gun movement
- Improved Particles
- Vertex Shading
- New lightning effects
