This mod is only has a small portion completed of what i have envisioned it to be whats done renamed Estonia to Gallia France to Atlantic Federation Soviet Union to Eastern European Empire a decision for the Federation to annex West and central Europe and for the Empire to annex Finland i will add core to the provinces that are in the decison and unique units for gallia and rename some provinces.

Might I suggest adding Latvia to the current Gallia? If you look at the map it may be a little better. Though I am glad someone thought of the same idea as I did.
