Varion is a mod set in the future with hi-tech weapons. The mod is aimed at creating a fresh new appeal to the hl2 engine.

About:
So varion is out now and the public are really on our side and loving the mod so far. Servers are currently not working but we are trying very hard to get them to work for some reason not making listen or dedicated servers. Once we get servers fixed we will try upload a video of the mod maybe one soon.
Summary:
Varion is a fast action dm mod which features some new unquie graphics to add more atmosphere to it. Varion 0.5 features 2 new maps, 5 weapons, 1 playermodel and 2 gametypes. We intend to polish these all up more for 1.0.
Media:
We where on a very popular podcast called podcast 17 (http://www.podcast17.com/transmissions/c10435) this week and we didn`t even know about it until we got a comment of profile thanks for that cvirtuoso. We have had loads of comments threw-out our project and all being really excellent and give us more of a chance to interact with the community.

Fixes & Bugs:
There is no current bugs except the servers not currently working. If you do find a bug then please email: the_green_machine@msn.com with what happened.
Open Postions:
Currently we only have 3 members on the team as we wanted a small team but all very multi-tasked. We are still looking for a programming who will code some features such as new hud, gametypes and others. We may need some more playtesters.

yeah man, this still needs lots of work.
You guys are on the right way but you need to polish a bit more,as youre saying yourself :) I do think this can be pretty good with some more work.Good luck
Ya thanks for comments. We have had many comments of people liking the mod but all say needs polishing we released this as a kinda test mod to see if servers where working for public and to show people mod we still have a hell of alot of work to do on it but atm we are fixing servers once that is done we can then get polishing and adding more gameplay elements. Thanks for comments so far.
i like this mod but make odher weapons, i mean shotgun, make odher bulets foe exsample laser bulets! (if you can!)
