Codename Flashpoint (Formerly called Urban Conflict) is a semi-realistic mod for Battlefield 2, based on the new conflicts of the post-Cold War era.
After having shown a lot of works pictures, I thought I should show you some gameplay screenshots so you can see a bit how the Urban Conflict mod look like in game.
As you can see, the minimap and the ammo and health bars have been removed, it aiming to make the game a little more difficult because I find games with bots too easy. Also the crosshair has been replaced by a dot. The idea of do this came from a game called "Black" and another game called "America's Army".
We are approaching the release at great pace,all we need to do is to find and fix bugs and finish some works on maps. I estimate that urban Conflict will be released this month, but I don't make any promise. The full mod core + level weighs about 2.53 go.
