Uprise North is a mod I am working on using CryEngine2. It takes place in northern Minnesota during winter. It has a new storyline complete and voice acting. The first episode, Roadkill, will be be a fast paced, action packed trek through Gooseberry Falls State Park. The current release is planned for June.

thanks man :) I'm really liking how it is turning out, and this part is actually going surprisingly fast for me, once you get a system down it works pretty well.
It helps since I live really close to Gooseberry Falls so the rock placements etc are pretty accurate. If I could land a full time job doing this kind of thing it would be fabulous, I'm actually enjoying this part more than scripting...
Beautiful. Maybe a slightly different TOD and that picture is even stunnier (I just came up with that word, nifty isn't it?).
I agree. TOD and decals will be in the final pass, I think this is good for my "working state". I will probably get rid of the dirty snow terrain and just use dirt decals to get rid of the jaggies.
Right now I am building retaining walls, barracks, firing range etc.
