A small mod that adds stronger garrisons for almost all factions (North African, Native American, and minor nations from India have been excluded because I'm a bit lazy, lol). Absolutum Dominium is my favorite mod for Empire Total War, and if you feel the same way, go ahead and challenge yourself with this mod.
