- Also allows you to change the Mazda (1996) to npc cars such as cop cars and Mac's Truck.
- Part Unrandomizer
- added new loadingscreens
- removed limits from photomode
- increased FOV limit
- removed collisions
- increased roll limit
- removed "distance from player" limit
- unlocked tuning for all cars (Beck Kustoms, 399 R34,...)
- added a new decal (in 8th category)
