THIS PROJECT IS NO LONGER BEING WORKED ON Sven Co-op recent steam release got rid of most the weird additions and stitches maps together for far less loading screens making this project no longer necessary or worth it. Demo downloads will stay up for the research of other modders and the player models included. Thanks everyone. Unity is a Cooperation mod for Half-Life that aims to keep the campaign as vanilla as possible, While still being co-op. That means no monsters that weren't in the original game and no new weapons. Just good old Half-Life the way it was meant to be played but with your friends.
Description
A demo of Unity using the levels from Half-life Uplink. It's a way i can get everyone to test it and report any bugs. Probably will not get updated unless it doesn't work at all. Please post any bugs here. It will be appreciated! Finally the uplink levels were fixed for co-op in about 2 days so don't expect them to be perfect. This demo is more of a way to find coding bugs but don't worry all the levels work and are very much playable so enjoy! Install Instructions: 1. Extract the files into your Half-Life Folder 2. For server hosts use the "Unity Demo Server Launcher" file in the folder to launch a server 3. For clients launch the game through steam and press play to find a server

Just downloaded the demo, and I think I saw more faults than goods, probably because this is a remake of the Uplink Demo, and not something from the actual campaign. I really think you should work on spawning, because being sent back to the very start of the load screen gets annoying when other players are ahead of you. Another thing is that enemies seem to not die when killed. When the soldiers were killed and their bodies fell to the ground, he respawned and ran away to the next part. Last, there's really just no true co-op experience with this. However, I shouldn't criticize a demo, so good luck with development :D

Um, I don't mean to be rude, but it's almost like playing with default half-life with mp_allowmonsters 1...
