well first of all, i got this mod confused with the original "ultimate GTA-SA" so besides it bein a violation of copyright laws, it should be illegal to name something the same as something else, because the odds of confusing the two mods are too great. this mod says 0% complete? thats ridiculous! a mod shouldnt even be allowed unless it's100%! because if you try to install it with incomplete files, you will get guaranteed corrupted files and highly likely an unstable game that may crash your computer. this is especially bad if you have important things open you didnt get the chance to save yet...and BOOM! system hang. yes, people have many programs and/or files open at one time...ever heard of a thing integrated into windows 95 and later called "multitasking"?? its just like if i have hydraulics or nitro on one of my cars in gta...im gonna use it goddammit! the only people i know of who only have one program running at a time are geeks still using windows 3.1 or dos 1.0-6.22 on a 486 or earlier. and in case you're too slow to figure it out, san andreas WILL NEVER run on those systems. lol!!!! so please read this comment, delete this mod, rename it to something original, and for gods sake: finish the mod design before uploading! jesus h. christ!!!!!!
