are the necro that op in the lore? one shotting space marines, tanking light fire like it is nothing?

in a way yes one standard necron gauss flayer can literally kill tanks relatively easily.
after all gauss weapons literally strip their targets away layer by layer on an atomic level so yea by default its going to be super OP.
The models and animations are costume or are ripped from DoW games?
Most of it from DoW games, but i always try to do something with them (polish/fix/converse or add new things).
