No, but UCM supports also the LE and all DLC, so you could miss some featurs like the Ninja-Sharpshooters from Hattori

Go to C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2\battle_preferences
and delete the files .sp_battle_setup.battle_preferences and .mp_battle_setup.battle_preferences
