15 for all proficiencies?!
Honestly mate you need to take a real long think about this.
Uruks are beasts, built PURELY for War.. Bump their default proficiencies to at least 25+. They need higher Iron Flesh and Power Strike.
for me the uruks should have 50+
men should have 35 minimum
In my opinion 50 should be the minimum :\
thats player starting stats, troops will have higher proficiences
