Population is critical, yellow zones are unpopulated. no one can live there. So the final war has begon. a war between man and the world. Even though it might be the final war, it is not the end. because every end -- --has a birth. Tiberium wars - Birth is set between the end of kanes wrath and the beginning of C&C4. This mod will introduce complete new enemy's. and it will have single player and multiplayer

But as you can see in KW Cabal isnt dead, it still "alive" and what is left of him is stored in the Nod's data base.
