Tiberian Sun: Rubicon is a standalone mod aimed at revising and remastering the Tiberian Sun experience while keeping it true to the original.

In the original game, the Chemical Missile was in an odd spot. The gas clouds were deadly, but they were slow-moving and wandered in different directions, rarely able to deal meaningful damage to intended targets.
In Rubicon, the missile has been converted into an area-denial weapon. Once detonated, it covers an area in corrosive Tiberium gas for a period of time. The gas near instantly kills infantry and even deals significant damage to armored targets, but only negligible damage to base buildings. The gas can mutate infantry into deadly Visceroids, which can further wreak havoc by releasing even more of the toxic gas.
In addition, the Chemical Missile is no longer dependent on vein harvesting, but instead has a fixed cooldown currently equal to the Cluster Missile's.
deadly and annoying! hard to say if its better,.if im shooting the missle i like it, it the enemy does, not so much :D
