To install you need The latest stable release-20171014 of openra from here (www.openra.net/download/) And 7zip to uncompress the file from here (www.7-zip.org/) Place the folder tda under the mods folder under openra. place the exe under the openra folder.
Added: a "light" overlay to Repair Facility and nod airfield so their light can be seen when active in the night times.
