This mod is totally stupid.

Tiberium:
First Contact--a meteor that landed in the tiber river, possably sent by they scrin

Properties-- Radioactive, absorbs minerals around it then grows into an easily harvested crystal form

Applications--Used to fund both GDI's and NOD's war machines, also seems to mutate humans if it doesn't kill them

Speculations--Possibly created by the scrin
