I like that neon sign, definitely adds personality to the area, little detail like this is what more HL2 mods need to set themselves apart visually.
I absolutely agree,
one right detail can make more personality to scene than many beautiful, but generic details
the author seems to have very good taste in art direction. mod has a grounded yet charmingly light hearted atmosphere. a breath of fresh air considering nowadays everything is either dark and bleak or super flashy and flamboyant.
