Second release of the T.W.I.W.M.T.B. mod

YES !! IT IS MULTYPLAYER COMPATIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, thats right. After much battleing and cursing and spewing code, if finally is multyplayer compatible

[ note: i only tried it with just one human oponent, dont know how it handles with 3 or more ]

[ First of, i apologize for my english, which is very bad. please bear with it ]

Mod created using only WINRFA from the BF Mod Development kit by editing the OBJECTS.RFA archive located in

the battlefield/mods/bf1942/archives folder as well as some levels

Special thanks to the MDT crew and EA games, for makeing such an easilly teakeable game.

New grfics : sort of, and some new textures

I have not used material from anyone. everything has been done by myself

you are free to do anything you want with this mod, tweak it as you please. If by some chance are you going to

modify / post this mod anywhere, just give me some small piece of credit.

Since this is a beta, and i could never ever get it to work as a mod.. instalation is simple and brutal:

1 - copy YOUR ENTIRE BATTLEFIELD 1942 folder and rename it ( unless you dont like battlefiled enough to mae a backup copy )

2 - Unzip contents in your main battlefield folder ( or the copy, doesnt matter )

Please, im apologize fot this grotesque install system. but i just could not make it work, and have no idea hjow to make an installer

this will overwrite the following files:

xxx/mods/bf1942/archives/ menu.rfa
xxx/mods/bf1942/archives/ textures.rfa
xxx/mods/bf1942/archives/ objects.rfa
xxx/mods/bf1942/archives/bf1942/ game.rfa
xxx/mods/bf1942/archives/bf1942/levels/ bocage_003.rfa
xxx/mods/bf1942/archives/bf1942/levels/ battleaxe_003.rfa
xxx/mods/bf1942/archives/bf1942/levels/ el_alamein_003.rfa
xxx/mods/bf1942/archives/bf1942/levels/ Tobruk_003.rfa

and add the following file

xxx/mods/bf1942/archives/bf1942/levels/ Coop_Coral_Sea.rfa

[ NOTE: BF doesn`t like having weird archives lying arround. make sure your backups are placed
in another folder other than bf1942/levels or the game will crash]

-Minor tweaks on hand weapons, including extra clips, ROF, etc..
-Bar now has scope and firest deadly but show proyectiles
-Colt is now a minibar with deadly acuracy
-Mg42 spits out enourmous ammounts of bullets
-Kar98 Fires explosive shells
-Bazzooka Fires deadly and acurate misiles
-Panzershreck is now a panzershotgun


Basically, changed most vehicles form the british/german/amercian armies

not much donde on the russian and pasific front yet.

Added tons of new vehicles

Tigre : 9 cannos on 3 turrets, deadly at any range

Panzer : minigun cannon

Wenzer : sniper panzer

Warthog : Recon vehicle, armed with twin mg42 and turret bazzoka

Gastraphetes : Recon artillery

Eno 44 : mobile Suicide V1 launcher

Oblivion : High Tech Tank , equiped with Black hole and distruptor

Wespe : Shotgun artillery

Sherman : spread cannon

M10 ( tótem ) : Tower of death

Spider : High caliber array machineguns on a Light , fase vehicle

Monk : Sniper sherman

Priest : mobile spawnpoint with mutyple weapons

Bishop : heavy artillery

Willy: small katyusha

Sextont : open-topped sarcophagus

Scoutcar : fase sarcophagus ?

Kettenkrad : uberlight tank

Kuberwagon : scout ca ron steroids
