Just a quickie :P
Bro, not to undermine your efforts but... don't you think this assault rifle design is too archaic for a futuristic environment? I mean this is basically a m4 weapon design with magazines loaded sideways. Perhaps you should look in to the pulse rifle from ALIENS or the Morita II from starship troopers for ideas to make some futuristic looking weapons. Perhaps a weapon with a bullpup design with a high capacity magazine, perhaps a caseless weapon with holographic sights (by that I don't mean the EOtech per say). Just some thoughts... that's all.
Working on it, the every gun type u mentioned is actually being made concepts of, but their on paper not on my PC :(
