If a third faction joined the war, what should it be? - The Second Tiberium War mod for C&C: Tiberian Sun

I would most appreciate the Mutant Underground, maybe using some TibWar1 and RedAlert1 tech and some repurposed equipment, or an AI, with cybernetic units like CABAL.

I hope you maintain the look and grit of the game theme tho, many of the mods are ruined by adding overly hightech factions that look like they were taken from an anime and it completely ruins the aesthetic.

Or Chuck Norris.

Cabal controlling mutants ?

The Cabal-esque type of factions are always cool, but the mutants have so much potential. They essentially represent everything that remains on Earth that is not already aligned with GDI and Nod, for that reason I'm voting mutants, I'd be interested in seeing what y'all do with them.

Look, I'd vote mutant underground anytime as Forgotten really deserve being their own faction moreso than say Cabal or Scrin or maybe some global corp, but you're really selling me with those lizardmen there...

Mutants would be cool, Scrin close 2nd.

depends on where you want to take the story.

maybe nobody does enough for the mutants, so they make their own faction.

maybe experimenting with military AI goes without any ethical oversight and we get a wild CABAL.

maybe both factions experience attacks by multiple mysterious weapons and blame each other on them, but in the end find out it were Scrin all along.

Look, the obvious answer is the third faction that already exists. Scrin. However, a dedicated CABAL would be welcome for the timeline.

Scrin is only in C&C3; universe
Mutant is in Tiberian Sun universe

I would love to see your take on the Scrin, assuming you'd give it your own spin. Mutants should stay Campaign exclusive imo

I'm voting Mutant, you seem to have something of an idea in mind for them anyway, what with that reskinned Armadillo I saw in the end cutscene and I feel that the conflict between them and GDI wasn't super fleshed out. Scrin make for a close second, I'd love to see your spin on them in this alt timeline.

Add me in either a Mutant/Forgotten type faction or a AI/CABAL-like faction, depending on where you want to take the story towards. I am honestly not too enthusiastic about Scrin tbh as I like how the origin of Tiberium was kept mysterious in TS, but was kinda ruined by TW.

My first vote goes for the Forgotten. They never got a proper faction in any of the official games and TW just pretty much ignored them altogether. Plus I wouldn't mind seeing this Faction use scraps and stuff and have a gameplay style similar to GLA-ish.
