It would be close, but in the movies/games it would probably be Vader. However, in this mod, definitely Revan.
No way! Revan would win in evrey single combat- he isn't "half-machine" so he's more flexible, and all the books suggest that he was far more powerful than Vader. Vader is only a "symbol" of the Empire and fear, but in real Revan is FAR FAR FAR stronger (after all he lived for more than 350 years...)
And Vader is not so strong, he isn't even a good strategist, but Revan saved the Republic from certain destrucion TWICE, and once he almost completly destroyed it.

Well, as time went on, force sensitives became gradually less powerful. During the era of Revan, this effect was prolonged by Sith breeding practices, and the Jedi recruited many Sith children to supplement their ranks. However, after the end of the "golden age of the Sith" Jedi were almost the only force sensitive group that could stall this. However, the whole no children part of the Jedi code meant that slowly force sensitives would begin to weaken and die out. the force was still just as powerful, if not more due to more planets being terraformed and life developing, but the lack of the only major group of force sensitives having children doomed the Jedi AND Sith. Combine that with hundreds if not thousands of force techniques being lost over this time, many of which were mastered by Revan (battle meditation anyone, drain life, force whirlwind, accelerated healing), a scion of force power, and he would in all likelihood swat Vader like a gnat. Even if only because he had a healing spell, never-mind Vader lost most of his body to lava, has poor control (mental, physical, AND force), hasn't mastered advanced light-saber techniques, and hasn't had a challenge to fight for decades, unlike Revan who pushes himself harder and harder to become even MORE powerful. Also the whole, 'force sucking the dead' stealing midichlorians from those you killed that was his biggest edge over any opponent. So in all...
Vader: lost most of his midiclorians, jury-rigged cyborg, uses only one saber, badly at that...
Revan: Genetic Super-force powers, eats the force from the dead, Uses dual/double saber techniques form a lost age for much more damage, Force Sion, Has dozens of techniques he's mastered, not the least of which is HEALING, will bring med-packs...
So who will win, Revan or Vader?

Nah Vader wasn't quite a sith like the ones from before his time, he was too injured to fight a Jedi who was once a sith and kept all the other sith in line during the kotor timeline, Revan had defeated several sith at korriban not to mention he defeated malak even though he was being powered by the star forge pitself.plus keep in mind that Darth Bane had started the rule of two because of Revans teachings, Vader was nothing more then limited tool of the emperor
Then how is it Vader killed the Emperor, who was supposed to be the most powerful sith?

Revan fough the real Sith !!! The real Sith Emperor !!! He woul've crushed Vader or the Emperor easily... but you can't compare the Lords of the Old Republic to the Lords from the Empire Era.The old ones were more powerful.
