This statement is quite clear in its indication, namely that Boba Fett is the new "Dark Lord" of the Sith, which in turn implies that Boba has the ability to wield the Force.
Were Jasperz0r have meant otherwise, then he would have worded his statement differently.

Gentlemen, not at any time have I stated my belief that Jasperz0r was a member of Knokos's mod team.
My words reflect only upon the statement which he made, and my belief that if Boba Fett were to be placed inside a mod, as a Force wielder, then it would make sense for him to be descended from a Jedi of the Old Republic.
Since we are all modders, and all mods are only modifications of present fiction as embodied within an interactive audio / visual experience, can any of us really be taken seriously by any save those who share our love of this fictional universe?
