So do i just download this like the game and move the folder into the reckoning mod file? And also after downloading the latest version i found my troops just take cover and refuse to charge which leads to a never ending stalemate in most maps is that okay now?

I guess you don't know how to play since you can't get your troops to charge, I gave you a link that tells you how to make your troops charge maybe your should watch and read
