Political instability and economic depression in two border systems resulted in their regional governments, led by a charismatic demagogue, declaring full independence from the GTVA in 2368. Now, a year later, a surprise incursion by this regime signals the beginning of a new war. As a new Vasudan pilot recruited into the ranks of the GTVA, you are assigned to the crew of the GVD Sekham in Polaris as the Alliance attempts to eradicate the rapidly propagating Procyon Confederal Autonomy.

As of April 27, 2007, The Procyon Insurgency requires FS2 Open 3.6.9 RC7.9X to run without any problems. The RC7.9X build is available on the campaign website.

Looks sweet. Somehow I missed this a couple of years ago, will give this a go (and I thought I had weaned myself off my Freespace 2 addiction)
Half way through and really enjoying this. With the FS open code, the graphics look great and the missions are great with a very absorbing storyline. I may be a couple of years out of date but this is impressive stuff. Thanks
PI is one of my favorite campaigns. It's challenging, too, and I wish it was voice acted.
Best mod ever! Its very hard, and the last mission is absolute GOLD with the cutscene. I REALLY do hope you make a sequel. I will be waiting. :D
