The Nation is split into two zones, the Dutch zone covering the provinces of Ostfriesland, Emsland and Bocholt, The British Zone stretching from the Demilitarized Zone and Bremen to the borders of the Mandate of the Saarland. Lead by the German-born Ashkenazi Hans Morgenthau. He fled Germany as the National Socialists took over and hopped onto the first ship steering towards the United Kingdom, where he became an influential politician under Prime Minister Stanley Baldwin.

In the first years of the occupation, the British government got overwhelmed with supplying the by war devastated ruins of Western Germany which lead them to seek support from the South German Republic, where fighting and bombing was not that intense. The Soviets, of course, felt that the defined neutral South German Republic was tending towards the west and threatened to invade the nation and take direct control of the exports. Britain canceled the imports and now took much of the supply from India, which will have causes that will be discussed in a later diary. West Germany is excluded from the International Council.

Stretching from the highly industrialized land of Silesia to the Kiel Canal in the north to the DMZ in the West. The German People enthusiastically joined the party and are pushing hard for the other parts of Germany to reunite under the Soviet Republic. They are represented in the International Council by the Soviet Union.

All of the politicians administering the International Council are from countries from across the world. The International Council administered many Buffer Zones Worldwide, but as of 1962 only the German Demilitarized Zone, holding the British controlled West Germany and the Soviet Socialist Republic of Germany apart from each other.They also control the Saarland until there is a solution found for the local French and German people.Imgur.com

The Objectives of the International Council

• To prevent global conflicts from once again engulfing the world.

• To administrate lands and to prepare them once again for self-governance.

• To serve as a channel for communication and peaceful discourse of nations.

• To prevent wars of conquest, and ensure the sovereignty of those who have the right to rule.

These objectives are characteristics of a different time. Before the globe was neatly organized into spheres and factions, the great powers truly did wish to accomplish these goals. However, the world is very different in 1962. They heavily denounce American Involvement in Foreign Politics, British Colonialism, and Soviet Interrogations, making them an unpopular political force among the World Powers. If it doesn’t manage its policies well they may not exist in the future.

Nearly every single sovereign Nation is part of the International Council.

splitting West and the Soviet Union from each other has become a place for terrorist groups, national socialist sympathizers and other illegal organizations because of the martial law reigning there. The military commander of the fortifications is replaced every 5 years and is being nominated by the Board of Administrators of the International Council and is most of the time a high ranking military officer of a neutral country. The most commanders have been of Swedish origin. Heavy fortifications have been built on both sides of the Weser river and the men stationed there are volunteers from across the world. The Military Commander in 1962 is former Swedish high commander Curt Göransson.

as stated beforehand it's a neutral republic in Central Europe consisting of the territory of Baden - Würtenberg, Bavaria, and Austria. Vienna is under direct rule from the Politburo in Moscow, often protested by the government and the people. Their Nation is still demilitarized with their “military” consisting of some militarized police for fighting uprisings and such. The conservative party ruled from the end of World War 2 to the 1963 Election with Josef Klaus, a Salzburg-born politician being the president on game start. But with every election circle the numbers for people voting for the KPSD, the communist party and the direct successor to the KPÖ, prominent in pre-WW2 Austria, has risen and there are allegations that the Soviet Union is secretly manipulating the Elections, but only the Politburo knows. They are a part of the International Council.
