This is *faction culture* not player culture, when you have your own land as a ruler you will be able to change your faction culture, changing available troops of recruitment and the troops your lord and centers produce, ill try to balance it all out but there is a huge selection with no limits, the player can choose one of any cultures exist in the mod, there will be a few days "wait" delay when you swap to organize the new culture so once you pick you need to wait few days before you will be able to swap again.
Is this a one time choice? Once selected can it be changed again?
