This video shows most of the in game stuff, most of the weapons in it do far, allot is not finished, along with the map, and the video is a a little dark, but you can get the main idea of it and see all the little things. It also shows the Matrix Slow motion test I created for a funny little unlockables, for those who don't know, the mod will feature tonnes of secrets and unlockables :D

looks nice. was a bit dissapointed by the guitar animation, though, thought it would be swung like an... axe.
Well, notice its not its own weapon its over the crowbar, that's because its unfinished, this was a test to get the model in game to ensure it works properly, animations will be done later.

A metal baseball bat can vary in size, my friend had one, it was more like a rounders bat from another sport, or meant to be a weapon, but it was metal, and small, used for 1 hand.
The guitar and axe, when I make the axe, will both have better animations, but for now I have nothing special.
The baseball bat with a nail in it is just using the crowbar animation and will also have a new animation in the end.
Isn't it more helpful to explain what else you did and didn't like in the mod so i can work on stuff, instead of asking a question, that requires an answer, that is well, a silly question as this mod has yet to be finished.
Um, no. You don't need a new animation to make the bat or any melee be held with both arms. Simply repose another arm and hack it onto the model to make it look like its being held with 2 arms. It's easy, does the job effectively, and you won't have people complaining :P
Well the sledgehammer is done like that, only with a little tweaking.
And you have to admit with some small animation changes all weapons will look even better.
Things like the ice axe, frying pan, combat knife, nightstick and a few other small ones I believe are fine with the animations that they have, mostly bigger weapons will need 2 handed new animations like I have created (Broom + Snooker Cue).

Zombies are not bosses, them random men were me just testing stuff, as the maps are way from finished, the weapons is my main focus as of yet.
In the complete game their will be characters like in dead rising in which you will have to fight these psychos to the death to well, complete a mission, progress through the level, unlock a secret, or get a better weapon :)
They will all be different + voices, and different weapons :)

Maybe, i'm not copying dead rising to the exact detail. If its in the story then yes there may be a psycho in a truck or car.

and just a special request, could you make a 2 handed warhammer? like a huge rune covered one like you see in Warhammer 40k. that would be awsome. i like how you made a good guy combine soldier. and i iked the one scoped aussalt rifle you used.

The XM8 was a model in my half life folder by accident, it should be the IRifle(AR2) from half life standard :D
And i'm unsure about a 2 handed war hammer as i know little about it, maybe any other secret weapon requests would be great!
if you can get a look at the "demon hunter" codex for Warhammer 40k, the new one has a guy with a warhammer like what i'm talking about on it.

the zombies need custom animations and the level needs customcontent.
They have custom animations for the fast ones, and the Creep, i like the normal ones, they are simple i don't see a reason to change them to be honest.
Custom maps, weapons, game modes, GUI and everything and you tell me there is not custom content?

Haha, well different ones will attack, i will make a difference eventually between survivors and psycopaths. Some will need you help on taking them to a safe place, while others will have gone insane in the mall and blame you for the cause, and blame you for trapping them. They will try to kill you!

Just going make a darker, more realistic metallic texture, that's only if i decide not to remove it completely from the game. :)
just a question are u gonna add a texture to hte mall walls and stuff cause it doesnt really look like u kno a real life mall but whatev this mad is gonna be awesome either way
Stop commenting on really old videos.
The map, like the animations have barely begun. And yes i have seen a mall, there is one near me that is identical. Supermarkets like Tesco are PURE white and glass.
You need to learn more about modern architecture, and maybe do research before commenting.
Don't you think the bat looks like the one in tf2 not the sandman but the other one. I think you should have more guns then melee because guns are so much funner if they have strong knock backs.
I have more melee than guns because its realistic to find more melee than guns.
And my models are all custom not out of TF2.

know what would be sweet but hard to do make it so that the combine dudes and the rebels you killed could get jumped by the zombies that would be sweet and i hope that there will be scoope animation when you zoom in.
You really need to check out the image rather than these old videos. They do get attacked, and i have scope animations on the sniper.
