My 1st mod in production. It features me mashing up several mess up and standalone mods in one with new code. It also includes many hidden jokes and it is also a rebalanced version of Half Life as I would of wanted it.

Personally, I think it's great that you have decided to start modding! BUT I will say this:
If you, the creator, admittedly state that the expectation for this mod is crap, you would've probably been better off not publishing it on here. Many people do publish their first mods on here and that's fine-- the difference here is that you are mashing everything into something you don't even know the outcome of.
My recommendation for you would be to make a few maps. After building a few quality maps, you have established the first building block for your mod so to speak. How does this benefit you? You get constructive criticism. On this mod, no real criticism can be given due to the fact it's.. Well.. A mash-up of god knows what =).
Just my opinion. :)
