Well i don't really want to put to much in the summary as nothing is final but i will state that this is mod is in the half-life universe, taking place between half-life 2 and episode one. I am the only one working on this mod doing everything from level design to prop creation i have been in the modding scene for a long time and know my way around all the tools, I am currently looking for a job in the game industry as a 3d artist and this is the perfect way to bolster my portfolio. i intend to release one pilot map for the community to play and hopefully add to that if it is well received. Hey guys this is Armanguy, you guys may or may not know me if you don't let me introduce myself. I am an aspiring 3d artist i have been in the modding community for sometime now. Working on several mods most notably Jurassic Rage. For the past few years i have been in a slump joining mods that tell me to make cups and computers and other things they may or may not use in there game. so to put a stop to this I have gathered my years of experience together to start work on a mod that i want to make.
The Incredible is a mod that i have been concepting for awhile now but have never gotten the cajones to make, but recently i started work on it using the source engine as my tool of choice. I am in charge of All the art and level design and if i have to all the coding. here's a small description about the mod.
the story is in the half-life universe, taking place between half-life 2 and episode one, the characters are all drawn and i will be releasing concepts as soon as i feel it is time to reveal more to the story because the characters have alot to do with the story as nothing is set in stone yet. I hope you enjoyed reading my first announcement and I look forward to reading any questions or ideas you may have.

Best of luck with this - you ever need any GFX art or voice acting, then just ask. Otherwise, you seem to know what you're doing and I hope everything goes well.

Not really im using mostly half-life 2 objects and source code i just need to find a way to edit some of the gameplay elements and weapons, all i really have to do is finish a few props for my first map wich is in progress and add some scripted events and sound get rid of the hud and put in a new one wich is gonna be easy for the most part and add finish up the main character player model i think this project will take me about 3-4 months of hard work.
sounds like a huge job for one man. But good luck, looking forward to updates
